What is Vial?
Vial is an iOS app for peptide and GLP-1 tracking. Organize dose schedules, record doses and injection sites, search your history, and review progress. A Vial Pro subscription is required for tracking.
Who is Vial for?
Adults who want an organized record of the peptide or GLP-1 routine they already follow. Vial does not decide which treatment or dose is right for you.
Does Vial sell peptides?
No. Vial is a tracking and organization app. We do not sell peptides, recommend vendors, or provide sourcing information.
Subscriptions
Is Vial free?
Downloading Vial is free, but an active Vial Pro subscription is required for tracking. There is no free tracking tier.
Which plans are available?
Weekly, monthly, and annual plans include the same Vial Pro features. See current prices in your currency in the app before purchase.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible new subscribers can start the monthly plan with a 7-day free trial. Eligibility and the price after the trial are shown before purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your existing records remain on your device. Tracking requires renewed access, but you can export records or restore purchases from the subscription screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vial, or open Profile → Manage Subscription in Vial. Canceling stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use the same Apple Account used for the original subscription, then tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Restore Purchases is also available in Profile. This restores eligible subscription access, not dose history from another device.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles refund requests and decides eligibility. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. Vial cannot guarantee or block Apple’s decision.
Privacy & Data
Where is my data stored?
Your dose logs, protocols, and profile stay on your device. No Vial account is required. Apple and RevenueCat process subscription information; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I need a Vial account?
No. You do not need a Vial account. App Store purchases use your Apple Account.
Can I export my records?
Open Profile → Export Data. Vial creates a ZIP containing dose logs and peptides used as CSV files, protocols and profile data as JSON files, and a README. Export records is also available when subscription access has expired.
Does Vial sync across devices?
Tracking records are stored separately on each device. Restoring a subscription does not transfer your records. Export a copy before replacing or deleting the app.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes its local records. We cannot restore those records from a Vial server. Export before deleting. An export is a copy for your records; Vial does not currently offer an in-app import flow.
Does Vial use advertising trackers?
No advertising trackers are included in the app. Apple and RevenueCat process subscription and purchase-related information. See the Privacy Policy for details, including refund handling.
Using Vial
How do I correct or skip a dose?
Tap a Logbook entry to edit its details. On Home, use the options menu beside a scheduled dose and choose Skip dose. If you took a dose earlier, record the actual time in the logging details.
What is a half-life estimate?
It is a mathematical estimate based on recorded doses and available half-life data. It is not a measured blood concentration, a therapeutic target, or a recommendation about when to dose. Some peptides do not have a supported estimate.
How do I use the reconstitution calculator?
Open the reconstitution calculator and enter the vial amount, diluent volume, and target dose. Check the displayed concentration and syringe-unit conversion against your healthcare professional’s instructions.
Does Vial provide medical advice?
No. Vial helps you record and organize a routine. Reference information, templates, and calculations do not replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
Which devices are supported?
Vial supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
Is there an Android app?
Vial is currently available for iOS. No Android release date has been announced.
