Klotho

Also known as: α-Klotho, Anti-aging hormone

Endogenous longevity protein (transmembrane and soluble forms): modulates FGF23 signaling, oxidative stress, and Wnt pathways. Soluble Klotho declines with age and correlates with cognitive function. Note: Klotho is a protein hormone, not a small peptide: included alongside longevity peptides because of its biohacker prominence.
